Safety Precautions As We Re-open

In the Interest of the Safety of All Patients and Staff

The following are all the precautions we will be taking to keep all patients and everyone at Lux Eye Care Studio safe:

• Everyone entering and those in Lux Eye Care Studio are required to wear masks.
• Only one patient per hour, only the patient may come in unless a parent/guardian or care taker are needed.
• Covid19 questionnaire and temperature taken upon arrival.
• Door will be locked while patient is in the office to limit others form entering.
• New patient paperwork will be sent by email prior to exam to decrease the time in the office.
• Continuous had washing.
• Thorough cleaning in between patients including all frames that the previous patient tried on.

We are doing everything necessary to keep all the patients and everyone at Lux Eye Care Studio safe.
